Instructions for Travel Visa Application:
IMPORTANT: All visa applications and payment of fees are to be made through the Nigeria immigration website. After completing the on-line visa application form, print out the form and submit to TPAVC. Proceed to the payments section and make the payment. Be sure to print out confirmation of payment and attach it to the application. In addition to the on-line payment a Nigerian handling fee is paid to the Nigerian Embassy in the amount of $35, $90 or $175 dependent on processing time. Please reference the requirements.
Processing Fee Note: In additon to the on-line visa payment of $180.00 There are three additional fees based on processing time paid to the Nigerian Consulate. These fees are included in the Embassy/Consulate Fee listed in the fee table below.

The Embassy of Nigeria is CLOSED every Friday.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Applying for a Nigerian visa is slightly more complicated than aquiring most other visas due to the on-line required payment with a multitude of restrictions for how payment is made and the association of payment to the application. A) Provide your PHYSICAL passport.
- The Passport MUST be signed.
- Your Passport MUST have (2) blank visa pages that are adjacent to each other.
- The Passport Must have at least (6) months remaining validity from date of entry.
Note: Please be advised that your passport should be undamaged. Passports should be free of fraying, tears, damage to the credential page and pages that have been separated from the binding.
B) Complete One Nigerian On-Line Visa Application Form , (print confirmation of on-line payment). Applicant will receive two numbers necessary to complete the on-line payment portion. 1.) Application Number and 2.) Reference Number
C) Pay On- Line Government Fees at time of completing Application form.Innovate Payment On-Line Services, (Print Confirmation of on-line payment.)
D) Two Passport-Size Photographs. (Click to reivew specific requirements. Incorrect photographs may cause a delay or rejection of visa issuance.
E) Proof of travel. (Copy of itinerary, airline ticket or e-mail e-ticket confirmation).
F) Proof of legal status in United States. Copy of Green Card (both sides) or other proof of legal status in the US (such as copy of I-20, US visa, H1B approval notice, etc.)
F) Financial Letter of Guarantee. (Review template example).
G) Business Letter of Invitation. (Review template example).
H) Complete TPAVC Order Form .
